This is a good kettle for the price, it looks good and has a good filter. Very easy to use, it swivells 360 degrees so great if there are both left-handers and right handers in your household like mine! It doesn't lead and does pour well unlike my last kettle! The only down side is the flip lid. There is a button on the handle you press to lift the lid on the kettle, we found that ours broke after about three months and the lid could no longer close ... While it boils you can take in the soothing blue-ish light it gives off from its transparent side panels and control lever. ...than Kenwood tells you. There are no instructions whatsoever in the box. Maybe you never read instructions anyway, but I do.
