TEFAL WHITE Vitesse Kettle

Advantages: cordless, v.fast boil, Easy-use
Disadvantages: Not as chic as a metal kettle.

...longer to boil. The tefal has a large easy to operate blue button which you simply tap to heat. It has a very simple lid that opens and clicks back on, with all the standard features of a filter and measuring gages at the side. I have owned this for a good 3 years, still in perfect condition. Being cordless, its EVEN better, i like to boil a big kettle of water and take it into my room so i can have mutiple cups of green tea. Only problem is the ...
...the inside, but that will happen with any kettle because of the impurities in the water. Quick tip, pour some standard vinegar into your kettle, boil it and then pour the vinegar away and scrub. The lime scale comes right off and its brand new again. Definately would reccomend this item! ...

...perfect working order with a Tefal Quickcup, I'll admit I rolled my eyes, and muttered about gimmicks . My dad rolled his eyes, and muttered about the cost, which at the time the purchased it was around 60 quid. They've now had this for around a year, and as a frequent visitor to my parents house, I've used this many times . I'll admit I've changed my mind an no longer view this as a gimmick . Essentially, this can be used instead of a kettle, and ...
...to this energy wise - Tefal state that you can save up to 65% of the energy you would use if using a normal kettle - and when you bear in mind many of us boil more water than we need when using a kettle, that makes a lot of sense . Its a pretty chunky appliance - a trasparent one and a half litre water tank, surrounded by stylish black, with metallic accents and a bright red button on the top . Its narrower at the bottom, and flares out toward the ...

Tefal One cup

Advantages: Good idea
Disadvantages: Does not work

Tefal one cup I am now on to my forth one and a scond unit I bought for a friend has also been affected with the same fault. After a couple of weeks they have just stoped heating water reliably. Sometimes they work more often than not they don't. Tefal customer services are terrible. They have obviously been told not to acknowledge the faults on these units as each time I have spoken to them they have never heard of this fault before. This does ...

This Tefal Could Be Lethal

Advantages: Stylish Looks & Cord Storage In Base
Disadvantages: Care Needed When Pouring Boiling Water

...my price range was the Tefal Delphina cordless kettle priced at £14.99. Decision time, did I waste more petrol and travel a fair distance to Asda, or did I buy the Tefal which after all was in the price range I had set myself, even if it was only by a penny? You've guessed it, as I'm reviewing the kettle I bought it. Oversight * * * * * * * * It comes in a box with pictures of the product on all sides. Inside, the kettle and base are individually ...
...* * Apologies to Tefal at this point as the instructions are informative. The first page covers useful telephone numbers and addresses and it clearly identifies the call charge rate! Usage instructions are clear with each having it's own diagram. Separate chapters cover cleaning and de-scaling. There's a problem solving guide and advice on accident prevention. If the moulded plug should get damaged instructions are provided on how to rewire a new ...

The jury is out

Advantages: quick to boil
Disadvantages: hard to clean

I have had my delfina gold for a couple of years now. It is efficient in comming to the boil quickly, and quietly in comparison to some others. The shape is elegant, and the kettle holds a good amount of water (1.5 litres). I will however say that the gold filament while it claimes to help bring it to the boil quicker or whatever. Is a trouble to clean. All of the kettle cleaning products that I have seen on the market specifically say that they ...
