We had this coffee maker at the jewelry store I worked for and all costumers that came in the store as well as the employees were allowed to use it. It worked very well most of the time, but because of it's constant use it would often malfunction. cleaning it helped most times, though occasionally it would also tell you that it was out of water when it was not. I would recommend this product to the everyday average coffee drinker. Its main advantage is that it is a very quick way to make a cup of coffee. It brews a good cup of coffee also. There are a large variety of the K cups that you can purchase, and there are reusable K cups that you can fill with your own grind. You can also purchase cups that brew tea and hot cocoa, unfortunately the cocoa is not very tasty. Coffee has never been faster or easier. All I do is pop in the K-cup, jump in the shower, and enjoy gourmet barista quality coffee, all without ever leaving my robe! The only downside that I can think of is that the Larger cup setting does not actually fill my cup up enough. In my opinion this is the easiest way to enjoy a huge variety of different coffees and teas. I have owned this product since Christmas of 2010 and have used it almost everyday since then and sometimes even twice a day! I mostly use it for coffee (hot and iced) but Keurig also makes a wide variety of teas which are also very good. Depending on what size drink you are making, it can sometimes brew in under 45 seconds, which is a good feature if you are in a hurry or impatient (like me). My favorite feature is the removable drip tray because I use this for travel mugs quite often.
