...I\'ll be honest and say that I use my Digital Media Pro Keyboard mainly whilst at work, (not at home), but I reckon that will help me give a much more reliable review as I end up using it every day for potentially hours on end. I work in an IT Department for a company in the North East and go through lots of new hardware daily; however I\'ve stayed with the Microsoft Digital Media Pro as my primary keyboard for a number of reasons. Hopefully by the end of this review you\'ll see why it\'s my work keyboard of choice and I also hope it answers all your questions.
Unboxing

Advantages: Nice layout, good price micrsoft quality Disadvantages: ummmmm...............nope
...What a great user friendly product from the masters of internet keyboard development. It can only be Bill Gates and Co. A great layout with an easy to use design.
A new era in internet keyboarding has been reigned down on us. No longer do we have to suffer the wrath of the cheap and nasty unsturdy rubbish of lesser companies. hallalula hallalula.
The keyboard is quite large but also easy to access. The keys are soft to the touch and lovely to feel. They have a great tone of depth and provide a greater feel of softness. The keys are well placed and your hand automatically reaches out to the keyboard whilst typing extremely quickly.
Shortcut buttons have been put on the top and drivers can be used to make them work as hotkeys for ease of access. This can include links to my computer, the net and email. What a great idea.
So...

Advantages: easy to reach keys, flat design, less spelling errors Disadvantages: traditional layout abandoned in favour of space saving
...any other key than the intended one by accident, which can happen regularly on some of the more springy keyboards. Also as the key press is very small even the lightest of touches will activate any key, meaning that you no longer have to take a 50 pound sledge hammer to your key for it to recognise it is being pressed.
The USB port is recognised by most operating systems and is a plug and play device, so no messing around with software or installations is needed.
Overall a fantastic buy and looks really good in metal surround with the black keys, a buy i would recommend to any friend despite the higher price than a normal keyboard. It cost me roughly £26, but its by the same company i bought a multispeed PSU off for £70 last year. Its a little bit steep for a keyboard I know, but I consider it to have been money well spent as it...

So.. how do you write a review on a keyboard? Obvious puns aside, I'll try.
I was looking for a backlit keyboard for my work years ago, but all the ones I seen then where indeed lit from behind, but the light did not shine through the letters... more
A strange device, this. It's essentially a moulded sheet of silicone rubber with the layout of a standard desktop keyboard. This provides two main advantages, which the manufacturers of this and similar devices are quick to push: firstly, it can... more
iGo Stowaway is a Wireless Bluetooth keyboard that I bought to use with my Nokia N95. To fully use this keyboard with this smartphone I think you have to install the N73 drivers which just involves installing one new application like usual.
