Our Kia Carens, is our work horse and our family car, it does all the camping trips pulling our caravan whilst loaded to the hilt, taking us on our family holidays, it can fit a family of 5 in comfortably and take our two dogs inthe rear boot space. We bought this car as an ex demo in when it was about 8mths old, it is an 02 plate, it was initially up for sale at 10,083.00 we heavily negotiated a price on our old rover (initially only wanted to give us 300. part exchange, but got them up to 1783.00) so paid £8300 for it. Alright, I never actually bought this vehicle. But I had an excruciating 20 days experience with this thing. I was to take my first holidays after our daughter arrived. My Renault Megane was too small for our incredible amount of luggage ranging from a stroller to a high chair and from a playpen to several packs of diapers. Need not to mention my wife's incredible amount of garments which she never wore during the whole holiday. A good family car with lots or storage space, I own a Kia which is my thrid car so far and I have been reasonably pleased with its performance. It comes with ABS, Airbags, etc, but the interior fittings are and look cheap. This is most definitely not a luxury car - it doesn't have any pretention about it. The suspensions are not the sturdiest of all and I also had to change the entire break system at around 65000 miles.
