You'll find the centre down at the shore at Prestwick, so on nice days it can be combined with a trip to the seaside. It's about 10 minutes walk from the train station, just take a right and head to the shore - you can't miss it.

It is quite reasonable, £2.75 for 2 hours play on off peak times and £3.60 at other times. Most of these places only allow one and a half hours. When we went we were a party of 9 children and 6 adults so we got a special price of £5.75 for 2 hours of play, a buffet of sandwiches, sausages,nuggets, potato faces, crisps as many jugs of juice as we wanted, ice cream, sweets, and a goodie bag going home.

The food for the adults is surprisingly good. Lovely sandwiches, paninis, baked potatoes etc and they also do lovely coffee.

The play facilities are excellent, even for the tiny babies, which is good because you aren't constantly keeping the little ones away from the bits they aren't allowed on.

All in all it's a great day out and teamed up with a trip on the train, the kids have a great time. I've been a couple of times now and am considering it for my son's birthday.
