    The recently renovated hotel has been taken over by an international chain. A complete transformation from the 3* that it was to a 5* that it now is. Very comforting atmosphere with a Casino and a number of restaurants. The Chinese restaurant serves the best made lobsters in town. Freshly picked in front of you and cooked to your taste. The staff is extremely polite and friendly. The view from the rooms facing the Dar es Salaam port is beautiful. The hotel is very located: Extremely close to the port which makes it convenient if you need to catch a boat to Zanzibar. The city centre is 10min ... more
