Review of Real Shaving Gel

King of Shaves Woman, Blu shaving gel.

Advantages: Its, erm, well it smells minty
Disadvantages: It doesnt foam and its all cloggy

I found www.shave.com on a freebie website, and I sent for a free sample of some King of Shaves products for women. A week or so later a little sachet of this shaving gel came. I tried it out in the bath and I got no foam from it, I wasnt really impressed but I assumed that it was because the sample was only small and there wasnt enough to create a lovely lather. I didnt rush out and buy this product, but I got an email from shave.com offering me a 3 for 2 offer on their website, so off i went because I needed some more razor blades. I bought some blades, some of this shaving gel, and a King of Shaves hair minimising spray called Vanish Hair. All the products were cheaper than they are in Boots, so I was pretty pleased. ARB.... A Really Black Shaving gel?

Advantages: No more razor rash!

I'll let you in on a secret; I'm a sucker for anything that says NEW on the packet. I know?. It's shallow. That doesn't stop me from having the eyes of a magpie when it comes to anything new. This King Of Shaves Magnaglide ARB Shaving Gel was no exception - in fact it caught my eye even quicker last week when I bought it because of the gaudy packaging. The bottle stands out from the myriad other products on offer to vain men these days due to the garish lime/fluorescent green top with the black gel peeking out from the bottom. Yes you read it right, black gel. Yes it looks as odd as it sounds. Before I go into how the product performs I'll give you some of the bumf on it. The ARB stands for Anti Razor Burn and has been "developed in conjunction with Dr Kristian Bromley, British & European Bob Skeleton Champion". Sounds good ...
