...DMU is the biggest uni in england but a very nice place to attend. I am going into my third year now and have enjoyed every second of it, I play in the football and cricket teams, and get involved with many of the activities that go on around the city campus. The people at DMU are great and if you get yourself out there you get to know so many great people. Last year I managed a football team which helped me as a person as well as meeting new and interesting people. I came to DMU when I had only just turned 18 so it was a big step from the home comforts I had been used to.
The accomodation provided is second to none with over 10 halls of residence and all 1st year students are guarenteed a place. I lived at KINGFISHER COURT, although it was brand new with en suite bathroom and ikea furniture it let itself down as it was very hostile...
