But the most important point is that we need similar kind of processor also for keeping speed fast otherwise no mean of having super fast speed RAM and slow speed processor.

If we have processor with front side data bus speed of about 800 MHz (this is generally available in most of the budget dual core processors) and RAM is with DDR3 technology and more than 1500 MHz of speed, than the all speed of RAM's are waste.
