Advantages: Cheap, No problems with installation, Uber-Fast considering its value RAM Disadvantages: Not the best for overclocking RAM

This sudden change of plans is based on the fact that when I installed the RAM it worked first time, perfectly, not a hint of a problem, and during the heavy use it has ... ...out, there has also been not one hint of a problem.
There is only one problem with this RAM compared to other makes (like Corsair and Geil), that is that it cannot be overclocked easily (overclocking = make it faster/better). If you want overclock-able RAM spend about £30 more and get some Geil!
But if you want some of the fastest speed RAM out, at a brilliant price, get this and it will not disappoint! ... more

ValueRAM is Kingston's high-quality line of 'by spec' generic memory designed with the price conscious system builder, assembler and white box markets in mind. Iinstalling the ram was very easy, after i installed it, it appeared to work ok, but after running memtest I found it had an error.....
After running Memtest it came up with error, after error, when the RAM was installed. Most of the time I didn't get that far thanks to blue screen errors. ... ...removed. I then tried the ram in a freinds computer. It was very stable, and quick enough for most applications
i think the problem was based on the age of my computer as my computer is around 3-4 years old, and my friend got his last christmas.
i ended up selling the ram to my friend, but he agrees that it is very fast and stable.
I would recomend this to any one with a computer that isnt to old, but there are many other RAM that will work on ...

This product is from Kingston the best RAM manufacturer in my view.The RAM is most important part in the system based on the about of RAM system performance will depend even though u buy the best PC or laptop with less RAM the system will be slow.
Before buying a RAM we know some things.RAM will be some kind DDR,DDR2.DDR3 ... are some of them i know and each RAM will have some specific bus speed if bus speed of mother board and RAM does not match then RAM will not work so at the buying please the speed , for this Kingston ValueRAM DRAM 1GB PC2700 speed is 333MHz.
How a days all mother board coming with bus speed of 533MHz or even more and they are computable with DDR2 RAM which are more faster than DDR RAM so at time ...

When I first bought HyperX memory it was a 512MB kit, later on I then bought another.
Then, because my greed for better gaming soared, I swapped one kit over for a 1024MB (1 GIG) kit.
My only issue with the memory was here, the nature of the 512MB chips is that they are double-sided, unlike their 256MB cousins, which are single-sided.
Typically, motherboards only like one side of the chip to be used, for reasons best left to motherboards, but this is perhaps a design limitation.
My motherboard wasn't having any of it and I have to use just one set.
So, limited back down to the 1GB kit, I looked around at the competitors for single-sided RAM.

With all of my computers that i have use different brands of RAM to try them out and see who's is the best, who's is the easiest to install and who gives the best value for money. I have narrowed my choices down to 2 companies and Kingston is my "favorite of favorites" So for one of my PC's I chose the Kingston Hyper X RAM and i loved the results. I got my Kingston Hyper X RAM from ebay and a very competative price.

Most RAM looks the same, its a plain little green board with black things on, well this isnt the case for Hyper X RAM, is a brilliant blue colour (my favorite colour is blue) and this is because of its heatsinking blue metal outer cover.
