About four months ago when I was staying at my mum's house, I noticed she had a new biscuit in her barrel that I had not seen before. I plucked one out for closer inspection, and discovered it was a Kit Kat, but not the normal kind. This was Cappuccino flavoured! Now, I have a caffeine addiction and love anything that tastes of coffee, or similar. I could not wait to try one of these, but decided to wait until after my tea, as it was not far off that time and did not want to spoil my appetite.
I finished my tea and was about to fish out my Kit Kat I had been craving, but before I got the chance, I started to feel quite ill (I still don't know why - I think it was something I had just eaten), and could not possibly stomach chocolate! Unfortunately, I missed my chance there, as it was the last one left, and my brother had devoured it by the time I felt better the next day.
Whilst wandering Asda last week, it was to my delight when I spotted the Kit Kat range on the biscuit shelf. Sitting wedge in between the Kit Kat Dark, and the traditional option, was a pack of Kit Kat Cappuccino 2-finger biscuits! There was no way I'd find myself munching through an entire pack of Kit Kats, but luckily my dad quite fancied to try these too so there was no waste of money, and we purchased the pack of ten biscuits!
When I got home, I emptied the fingers out into the biscuit barrel, but retrieved one, placing it in the fridge. There I left it overnight; I don't really care too much for soft Kit Kats! By the time it came to my evening indulgence the next day, just in time to settle in front of the television to watch the soaps, the Kit Kat was ready! I made myself a cup of tea, and removing my biscuit from the cold fridge, I snuggled up on the settee.
It was time to open up the wrapper and reveal the treat stored inside. Like the traditional Kit Kat, the main colour of the outer paper wrapper was red. The thing that made it different though was the image displayed on the front; a little cup of incredibly frothy cappuccino. It looked absolutely delicious, and I longed to swap my cup of tea for one! Removing this layer, I was faced with the silver foil I much recognised. I always used to have a bit of fun with this, and this time was no different. I pressed hard onto the foil, rubbing across it vigorously. As I did so, the Kit Kat logo began to emboss itself into the foil. This always made me smile; simple things please simple minds!
The second I released the chocolate from its silver caging, I was hit with the exceptionally strong aroma. It was not the sweet smell of chocolate I was witnessing, but the delicious coffee-cappuccino scent I was longing for. It smelled absolutely scrumptious, and I could only hope it tasted as good!
Snap! I broke the two fingers apart, placing one back on the foil, and clutching the other with the tips of my two own fingers at the end. It was still quite cold from being in the fridge. Something that surprised me about the appearance of the chocolate; it was milk chocolate! In my mind, I had just assumed it would be white chocolate. I was slightly disappointed by this poor prediction as I absolutely adore white chocolate, but nevertheless, I was sure it would taste splendid all the same.
I drew the finger closer to my lips, and nibbled a tiny piece off the end, just receiving a sample of the chocolate. Perfect - the cappuccino taste was most certainly there, and the chocolate sensation remained present too. With my cup nestled on my knees, I slowly dipped the end of the finger into my tea. As I drew it back out, I popped it straight into my mouth and sucked off the now-melting chocolate. It tasted even sweeter than before, with a stronger taste resembling coffee. This revealed the wafer that had been hidden away under the sugary coating. I crunched satisfyingly as the wafer began to soften. Wow, I could not believe how amazing it tasted! In no time at all, my first finger was devoured!
Picking up my second and final finger, I noticed it had gone a bit softer than the last, probably because it had been sitting out for a while. This one was eaten in the same way as before, enjoying each pleasurable moment as I licked off the creamy cappuccino chocolate. By the time I made it down to the end of the finger, it had melted quite a bit; my own fingers were smothered in chocolate at the tips where they were pressing against the biscuit. Of course, I found myself sucking on the end of them too! Delicious!
Once finished both the Kit Kat fingers, I was left with a satisfied and pleasant sensation. Unfortunately, this indulgence had just stirred up a new addiction, and I craved more and more Kit Kats! Thank goodness for willpower! ===Quick Facts===
Packaging: traditional fun foil, picture of coffee cup on label
Availability: I've only seen these in Asda, but that does not mean they are not available elsewhere!
Shelf life: We bought these this month (January 08), and they have an expiry date of 01/07/08, so that's seven months to eat ten Kit Kats…not a hard task!
===Nutrition=== In each 2-finger biscuit, you can find; 107 calories 5.6g fat
The ingredients don't mean much to me, but I'd say that's a pretty low calorie content for a biscuit with chocolate, and you don't even need to eat both fingers at once either!===Brief History=== ((Kit Kats)) The original Kit Kat was created by Rowntrees, all the way down in York, in 1935, when it was given the name Chocolate Crisp. It went through various other names, such as Kit Kat Crisp, before settling on just 'Kit Kat' after the Second World War. The first Kit Kat came in the four-finger range, providing that pleasant combination of chocolate and wafer. Over seventy years later, Kit Kats have sold worldwide, fashioning all sorts of new and interesting flavours and sizes. But the most common would definitely have to be the original four-finger treat, or the smaller version of the two-finger Kit Kat! Apparently, over 800 million two-finger Kit Kats were sold in the UK! That's a lot of snacking!
((Nestle)) Kit Kat is created by Nestle, a company set up in London in 1868 by Henri Nestle. The first UK factory was opened in 1901, and has acquired other names over the years. It started to develop coffee in the 1930s, and a large variety of new sweets and confectionary throughout the '80s. Nestle now provide a massive selection of products; beverages, breakfast cereals, chilled meats, confectionary and cakes, creams and desserts, supplements, pasta and cheese, pet foods, waters, yoghurts and coffees.
Would I Recommend?
Definitely! These Kit Kats are incredibly delicious, with an equally splendid aroma, and a price that won't do too much damage to your bank balance! Though, I suppose you really must be a lover of that coffee taste in order to enjoy these! They are practical, a perfect size for lunch boxes too! The only problem with these - they are highly addicted, for a strong willpower is needed to prevent over-indulging! Otherwise, they are perfect!***** Kit Kat Cappuccino 2-finger biscuits are delicious, I certainly prefer them to the traditional milk chocolate option, and I will be purchasing these again for sure!
Advantages: Different take on the Kit Kat theme Disadvantages: You wont like it if you dont like coffee flavours
...imagined I'd see myself sampling Kit Kats newest addition flavoured with Cappuccino but on one cold and frosty day when my husband Dave and I had gone into town shopping we were approached by a chilly looking man, all wrapped up in a thick coat, scarf and hat and looking somewhat desperate "fancy a free sample" he offered thrusting his hand into a bulging bag with Kit Kat emblazoned on the side. Normally I would quickly scoot past these people, happy ... ...passer by closer.
Kit Kat-
Most people in their time would have heard of or experienced a Kit Kat, whether it be in its classic chocolate form or in one of its many newer flavour combinations. Kit Kats are chocolate covered fingers of wafer, separated by thin layers of cream usually coming in bars of 2 fingers or 4. Part of the appeal of Kit Kat is the requirement of snapping the fingers apart, an activity which coined the famous slogan "have a ...

The Kit Kat
The Kit Kat, we’ve all heard of them and there one of the oldest, nicest chocolate bars around.
The four finger Kit Kat first came about after a worker at the Rowntree’s factory in York put into the suggestion box a note that suggested, something that a “man could have in his lunch box for work”.
Then in September of 1935 this fantastic chocolate bar was launched into our lives, it was not yet called the Kit ... ...and was changed to the Kit Kat Chocolate Crisp and it was not until after World War 2 that this chocolate bar was just called the Kit Kat.
Now however these Kit Kats are being made world wide and are one of the worlds favourite chocolate bars. They are now made under the company Nestlé whom took over Rowntree’s in 1988.
Since in the hands of Nestlé there has been many alterations of the Kit Kat being made, there has still been the original ...

This review is on the Kit Kat brand of Kit Kat Cappuccino, which has been out for some time. My first altercation with this chocolate bar was actually during Halloween. My little nephew had been bugging his mum to take him, however for some reason I got dragged into going. Well I thought why not, however him only being six, and me being the cunning person I am, we made a deal that I would get first dibs on all chocolates and sweets he got, and before ... ...instantly knew it was a Kit Kat, namely due to the unique shape and wrapper, however It was somewhat strange to see a new flavour Kit Kat. Kit Kat Cappuccino it read on the wrapper, my first impression being do caffeine and chocolate really go, and secondly im glad my nephew didn't get these or he would have been awake all night.
Anyway, ive always been a fan of Kit Kat, but for me when they started releasing new styles and flavours I started getting ...

Advantages: Full of flavour Disadvantages: Might not like coffee
Have a break have a Kit Kat, is a well known advert for a very popular biscuit, popular with many people as it is reasonably low in calories if you want something sweet and chocolately without too much fat or too many calories.
I haven’t been buying many chocolate biscuits as we have been trying to be good and eating fruit or yogurt instead at lunch time, but I happened to see Kit Kat Cappuccino one day when I was shopping and as I love Kit Kat ... ...most people will know that Kit Kat are wafer biscuits sandwiched with a creamy filling and covered in chocolate, these were the two finger variety, but the chocolate was coffee flavoured. I had just imagined it would be the filling that was flavoured, but was really surprised when I read the details on the wrapper. Cappuccino they most certainly were, the flavour was fabulous as I love coffee, I have been drinking decaf for some time except for one ...

Advantages: great taste/great price Disadvantages: packaging could be more "luxurious"
...was very tempted with the Kit Kat cappuccino bars, since I was able to buy a pack of ten for just £1.25, which, considering most lone chocolate bars can cost anywhere from 39p plus I thought that 12.5p was very good value.
I know the taste of Kit Kat and like it and I am a keen coffee drinker -so was eager to see what these bars had in store....
--x--The packaging--x--
The ten bars were individually foil wrapped inside a larger foil wrap -it was ... ...foil wrap is the unmistakable Kit Kat logo in red, the rest of the packaging is also coloured red. To differentiate this pack from other packs there is a photo taking up 1/4 of the front of the wrapper (top right) of a the top of a Cappuccino drink. I do not think that this photograph really stands out, and, as most people are usually in a hurry when in the supermarket or have other things on their mind, I'm not sure that it would immediately catch ...

...the third world countries which are based on false and misleading nutritional claims, which nestle are fully aware of.
In the United States of America this product is not distributed by Nestle, instead some independent importers will try and distribute this product, though I am sure very few places will sell Nestle Smarties. It also raises an interesting rhetorical question as to why Nestle again are sponsoring Ciao's product of the week in aid of greater product awareness, last time we reviewed and rated nestle, "was you got it", the kitkatcappuccino snack bar only some two or three weeks ago I might add.
The smarties product I remember when I was a kid, had a cylinder tube box package, that contained sugar based shells of confectionery. The smarties were different color shells red, brown, yellow etc, and if eaten the effect would leave...

Advantages: delicious, low in calories Disadvantages: leaves a sickening feeling afterwards :(
...After recently sampling the KitKatCappuccino, I have become somewhat addicted to the delicious biscuit range. I was delighted when my Dad came back from the local shop with a packet of KitKats; again a flavour I had not tried before.
When I opened up the packet, I put one straight into the fridge, as before. I was really in the mood to try one there and then, but would have to wait for it to turn cold, I've never been a fan of warm KitKat biscuits!
After a long wait, I was able to sample the KitKat, so I sat myself down with a cup of tea; my usual beverage to accompany my biscuit! The KitKat was wrapped up with the traditional foil and paper, except the paper was now a delicious dark chocolate brown shade, with an image of mouth-watering, crumbly chocolate on the front. This made me feel all the more peckish, so I tore into...

...I want to share my story - my introduction to Kellogg's Special K Sustain, because if my story can help even one person desperately trying to find the holy grail of breakfast cereals than I will have helped make this world that little bit brighter.
Christmas indulgence is now but a distant memory and as we head towards the end of January, many of us have already forgotten the promises we made to ourselves on the 1st of the month - I have always been amazed at how much easier it is to Quit 'Quitting' than it is quitting anything else.
I, like 99 percent of the population had vowed to eat a healthier, more balanced diet. No more KitKat's at 10:00 washed down with a large (non-fat o ease the guilt of wolfing down the four-fingered kitkat) Cappuccino from Starbucks. Instead, I promised myself that I would wake up earlier to allow...
