Kit Kats consist of 4 'fingers' of chocolate. They cost around 35 pence - 40 pence each. Kit Kats can also be purchased in smaller children's lunch box sizes also, consisting of just 2 fingers. They can be purchased at any good news agents or super market. Packs of Kit Kat can be purchased also for around 80 pence - 90 pence and each pack holds 8 Kitkats. The same applies to Kit Kat Mint.

The wrapper to a Kit Kat Mint is very similar to an ordinary Kit Kat. The well known red and white Kit Kat logo is present on top of a green mint leaf. Green text is also present stating that this a Mint Kit Kat. Another way to identify a Mint Kit Kat is by looking at it's foil. It is a green foil which looks really impressive aside the conventional red of the Kit Kat wrapper. There is no excuse to mistake this for an original Kit Kat. The back states the ingredients and nutritional values.

Kit Kat Mints can be purchased in 4 or 2 fingered sticks. Let's say we have a 2 fingered Kit Kat for this review.
The wrapper and foil is removed with ease. You may be greeted with a melted Kit Kat - they melt very easily. I prefer them cold from the fridge. There is an aroma of mint if you place the Kit Kat close to your nose, but you may wish to reframe from doing this in public.
Now for a quick description of a Kit Kat Mint, although I am sure you all are aware what Kit Kats are like. Kit Kats are rather simplistic. A Kit Kat is a thin wafer, coated with a light layer of chocolate. The chocolate is quite thick on top but thin elsewhere. It is not too filling, so always good as a light snack.
Now, carefully snap one of the Kit Kat fingers from the other, you may see some of the thin wafer sticking out of the sides as a result. The mint aroma may become a little more apparent.
Now for the taste. As I mentioned earlier - Kit Kats are best from the fridge. They seem awfully sloppy and cause a real mess in the mouth if they are warm and in a state of melting. Place a finger of the Kit Kat in your mouth and gently snap a section off with your teeth. Your taste buds will be greeted with the chocolate. The chocolate although it tastes like conventional Kit Kat chocolate, also has a zang of mint added to it. There are mixed receptions about the taste. Personally I love the strong minty taste this Kit Kat gives off. It reminds me on the After Eight Mints, although there is no creamy substance present in this, the mint is just flavouring in the chocolate. Perhaps Kit Kat Mints are a little stronger than After Eight Mints - I don't exactly know for sure. The wafer adds a slightly new dimension in the mouth, providing it with a slightly crispy sensation. A minty after taste will be present briefly after consumption.
The problem with Kit Kats is that they can leave a bit of a dry feeling in the mouth, so I always have a drink of water or something to wash down the remnants. It is more liekly to leave this sensation when it is melting as I stated briefly earlier, than if it is from a fridge, although a slight dryness may be left behind.
I would also like to point out that Kit Kat Mints are limited edition and so quite rare (at least in my area). Both the mint and orange Kit Kats are rare to come to that matter.
I can't sum up and say if a 'Kit Kat Mint' is for you. I recommend these to you you like the taste of Kit Kat as well as the taste Mint. Although bare in mind the mint is quite a strong flavour if you do decide to try one. Do you like Mint flavoured 'CLUB' bars? If so I guess you could compare these and say there are similar. If you like Mint flavoured Club bars then chances are you may like these.

Mmmmmmmmmmmmmm.....i've just finished my 3rd mint Kit Kat, and now feeling very complelled to write a little tribute to this hidden beast of a kit kat!! I am also feeling slightly like a fat bloater as i'm reaching for yet another one (oh what the heck there is only two fingers per bar!!)
***WHAT DOES A KIT KAT LOOK LIKE***
ok for those of you that have been locked in a dark room, a kit kat is wrapped in silver foil (Keeps it perfectly fresh and ... ...if the mint version this is green) with the lovely words Kit Kat written in lovely big red letters, on a white background. Then there is the slogan we all know so well...."have a break" i think then what your meant to say have a kit kat!!! ***WHAT IS A MINT KIT KAT***
Well i think if you don't know what a kt kat is.......well anywho...a mint kit kat is two joined "fingers". They are wafers covered in milk chocolate, and in this case the milk chocolate ...

Advantages: Lovely mint taste, same Kit Kat quality Disadvantages: None
Chocolate and mint go together perfectly, think After Eights, think Mint Matchsticks, etc etc and now there are Mint Kit Kat’s to add to the mix!
According to an article I read, Mentha (mint) is a genus of about 25 species (and many hundreds of varieties) of flowering plants in the family Lamiaceae (Mint Family). Mint is very aromatic, the leaves have a pleasant warm, fresh, aromatic, sweet flavor with a cool aftertaste and so are used in a vast ... ...chocolate.
Mint chocolate is created is when mint flavoring, such as peppermint, spearmint, or crčme de menthe, is added to plain chocolate.
Kit Kat originals have been around sine 1935 when they were first created by Rowntree's of York, England. The mint Kit Kat is now a permanent flavour in the UK which is great as I love it. It is sold in the two finger variety.
Kit Kat's are one of my favourite chocolate biscuits. They consist of two or four ...

Advantages: It's chocolate Disadvantages: too much mint
I was doing my weekly shop in Safeway when I noticed another product from Nestle Kitkat. Being a bit of a chocoholic, I thought they looked quite inviting so I bought a Pack of Kitkat Mint. Each pack cotains 8 Kitkats and cost 88p.
The wrapper looks similar to an ordinary Kitkat, with the distinctive red and white Kitkat logo, but the Kitkat logo is on top of a green mint leaf. This made it stand out compared to an ordinary Kitkat wrapper and also ... ...Mint variety. The other difference is the foil, this is green on the outside and silver on the inside, compared to the ordinary Kitkat which is just silver.
Inside the foil are two Kitkat fingers. I bit into them, but I was not too keen as I found the mint flavour to be too strong for my liking. The only way I can describe it is to say it was a bit like the mint cream flavour of an after dinner mint. In fact it did remind me of an After Eight Mint, ...

Advantages: Wonderful minty taste Disadvantages: not everyone likes mint
Amazing how people take things for granted isn't it? Today people scoff when a new Kit Kat variety is announced. "Oh not another one," they say, rolling their eyes. But I can remember a time when you could only get two types of Kit Kat: the two finger milk chocolate bar and the four finger milk chocolate bar. If I ever get around to having children, I doubt they will believe me (by that stage you should be able to get a Kit Kat flavoured Kit Kat ... ...six years ago, though. I do remember that for a brief period Nestle did launch two flavour variants to the Kit Kat before the Kit Kat mega-brand exploded onto the scene. They were Mint and Orange. I got addicted to the Mint one, only for Nestle to remove it as they were both limited editions.
So you can imagine my joy when I discovered that Mint Kit Kats were back and that they were here to stay. However by this stage I was no longer at school and ...

Those who have read my kitkat and kitkat chunky ops will know I do not really mind this choc bar. You will also know that it is not my personal best and one which I would only recommend if you fell like something a bit different from the usual pure choc bars. Knowing this, you guys can probably tell that I am not the biggest fan of the normal kitkat - am I a fan of the mint one though?
Right then, some info on the wrapper. The difference between ... ...a green leaf on it. This leaf is obviously a piece of mint. The colour does bring out the kitkat logo and probably would make one become intrigued into what it tastes like. It made me think that it might be a fair bit different from the bland milk chocolate bar and that this may taste like pretty decent mint. The bar is 2 fingers and they are both wrapped in a green foil. This foil has a paper wrapping over it. It is not the greatest wrapping because ...

Advantages: Tasty white chocolate fingers with a crispy bite Disadvantages: Quite Sweet Taste
Chocolate by name, chocolate by nature!
Nestle have produced some nice varities of KitKat's, but this is my favourite. A change from the milk chocolate, dark, orange and mint flavours, this range, although can be a bit too sweet, is very tasty. You get two crispy wafer fingers coated in white chocolate. (just enough!)
For those of you who like white chocolate, this is for you. The white chocolate taste gives the this kitkat a slightly creamier and lighter texture.
For those of you who like chocolate, but do not like anything too sweet, I'd try the dark or mint flavour KitKats.
The packaging of these are nice too, eye-catching, they look tasty in the picture, and the real thing does not dissapoint!
The small size of the individual packs are great for lunch boxes!
I paid Ł1.19 for a multipack of 9, not a bad price ...
Advantages: Sweet Nestle chocolate, really thick, crisp wafer, gorgeous Disadvantages: Only a white choc and peanut butter variation of the chunky
, and usually comes in two rectangular chocolate covered wafer fingers in tin foil and a red paper. KitKat is the main brand of Nestle, just like Cadbury's main brand is 'Dairy milk' and Mars is 'Mars Bar.' Thus, there are lots of variations of the KitKat, as there is the dairy milk.

KitKat is basically wafer, sandwiched together with a chocolate cream (similar to that in a Mcvities Penguin bar/ Wafer - see my review) and covered quite thinly in Nestle milk chocolate. Advantages: Handy to eat on the go, great flavours Disadvantages: They dont last long enough
Don?t you just love KitKats? I have always loved them, as an easy snack to eat on the move or with a cup of tea. I have recently discovered that they also come in mint and orange flavours, chocolate heaven or what!
KitKats are fingers of wafers covered in Nestle chocolate stuck together down the middle. They come in 2 fingers, 4 fingers, and a large chunky bar or individual chunk. The finger bars are wrapped in silver foil that you just have to try and take off in one piece so that you can try to make a miniature cup out of!
For a long time I thought that they just came in chocolate flavour but after a recent shopping trip I have discovered that they come in different flavours.
The orange one tastes a little like a chocolate orange but with a crunchy middle (for those of you who have never tried a chocolate orange they are ...
