User friendly and clear pricing make this a great site, especially if you want to get a quick price check on an item you have seen elsewhere. They offer almost every piece of clothing merchandise that a modern day sports fan could ask for. Advantages: None worth noting Disadvantages: Catch-22 small print and don't expect customer service.
I'd really strongly suggest people go elsewhere. They say they offer express delivery but in my case decided to enforce a 3 day delay for security checks (yep, its in the small print, so they're covered). When I saw this, I had a problem: items were a gift and were time sensitive. So, I tried to cancel when I got this notification and twice got confirmation from customer service reps that they would process this. Next day, they said the items had ... ...cancellation and had confirmation verbally that they would cancel. Luckily the other source kindly agreed to cancel my order, thus avoiding my having to pay shipping costs back to Kitbag. That other company will be rewarded with my business from hereon in. I was a huge fan of this site and i have been shopping from them for over 5 years.. football jerseys, hats, shirts, even shoes.. BUT, last summer I bought a Puma F1 shirt and after only one use, the logo on the shirt has melted during the dry cleaning process. while the tag on the shirt says it is "dry cleanable".. I sent an email to kitbag and they accepted to exchange or give credit.. (it was on their return policy) 3 weeks after i sent the shirt ... ...there was still no response.. After several e-mails, they said they are holding all the return process and they will send my return within 14 days, i said OK. After a month or so, there was no return nor any respond.. Then i sent an email asking for it again, guess what they said, "please provide tracking info of the parcel" i was like i sent the shirt over two months ago.. What an awful company these are. I am shocked that the official England football team website uses them to sell products. I placed an order with them which I was then told hadnt been processed. I rang them and they said no your transaction has not gone through. I then proceeded to try again but as before they stated transaction had not gone through. So I then went directly through the Kitbag site rather than through the England website and the transaction ... ...money for the third attempt cleared and I received my jacket. But one day later when checking my account I found that they had taken the money for the first two jackets i attempted to purchase.
Their customer service was appalling and all they could say was oh yeh somethimes the system does that. When questioning why they had told me on two occasions that my transaction had not gone through when it clearly had my reply was "dont know". The best ...
