Advantages: Easy to use, very good results Disadvantages: More expensive than a simple steel
I bought this knifesharpener around 4 years ago, and haven't looked back since. I had tried for a number of years to perfect the flash looking swiping action with a sharpening steel (a la Gordon Ramsay in the credits to Kitchen Nightmares) but had only ended up with averagely sharp knives while lodging the steel securely into the edge of the draining board - neither the cool look I was after and nor the results I wanted for the knives.
The sharpener's box was labelled as 'Recommended for GLOBAL knives', which at the time were still a pipe dream for me (see my review of the Global Knife Set I subsequently bought for just how good they are). I bought it anyway, and tried it out on the set of knives I was using at the time. The results were impressive. After learning that less was indeed more and relaxing to let the knife glide ...
Advantages: two holes , tub for sharpening's Disadvantages: none
A Pencil sharpener, Sorry I could not think of a more exotic exciting product to write about really.
Staedtler is an old German company over 150 years old. They make good products including this pencil sharpener
Just recently I needed to sharpen quite a lot of pencils and coloured pencils so I used a Staedtler Noris Club Double Hole Sharpener t,his inspired me to write this review
This double holed pencil sharpener is a blue tub pencil sharpener. That has 2 different sized sharpeners embedded in its lid.
The lid with the 2 metal pencil sharpeners inserted has a safety lock this avoids accidental opening and spilling the contents everywhere. There is a small clear plastic cover across the top of the holes on the top of the sharpener this cover is hinged it prevents shavings from spilling.
So this is a much less messy pencil ...
The Craft.
A story of witchcraft and revenge.
Four girls Nancy, Sarah, Bonnie and Rachelle who don,t quite fit in at their strict catholic school.
The four girls come to terms with their powers and as they grow the evil released soon becomes too much for them to control and people around them will soon begin to suffer .
The film surprised me at being actually very good. the acting was again superb and the plot was decent. the story moved along at at good pace and the ending was expected.
Nothing new in this film but it delivered a watchable film.
Worth your time if it comes on TV.
