I have recently purchased one of these to replace my old hob it's fantastic still cant get used to how quick it warms up i can now have a dinner party and prepare the food in half the time can highly recommend , also at the same time i got the oven for it as well both came with easy installation instructions it only took me thirty minutes to remove my old cooker and hob and fifteen minutes to install the new one that is how idiot proof the instructions ...

I bought this hob in February 2007 and my kitchen fitter fitted it with no problems except he said the electric cable (for the electronic ignition) wasn't very long.
It is very easy to use with the ignition being automatic when you turn the knobs. The gas flame is very controllable, from a minium size flame to, what seems, a very powerful flame. There are two medium size gas burners, a small one, a large one and a wok burner. I tend to use the small ... ...frying pan the medium burner is fine. The wok burner is excellent. The cast iron pan stands are very solid and hard wearing gives the hob an impressive look.
All parts come off quickly and it is very easy to keep clean. The only slight critisim is, if you look closely at the hob, the metal does look slightly tinny and it would scratch if you rubbed hard with a scourer - not that you need to as everything just wipes off. ...

The only other thing is even if you dont use it you have to clean it about 3 times a day as it attracts dust like you have never seen before. ...

This hob looks very stylish and trendy and expensive... its gorgeous! Wasn't too expensive either. It Ignites well and has lovely easy to use knobs. It almost looks like an induction plate, shiny black glass. Unfortunately the downsides are too important to ignore! We have found it hateful to keep clean, we have had to use hot soapy water immediately after use and then a soft cloth & glass cleaner otherwise it looks terrible! We cannot believe it ...

This is a good solid easy-to-use hob. After nine months of use we haven't had any problems with its operation or use. It has a good selection of burners, including a "double-ring" wok burner. The control knobs are well placed and clearly marked.
However, we went for the stainless steel version. To keep it looking good you have to clean and dry it after every cooking session. It shows every little scratch, and I just can't work out how to keep the ...
