This was a present to myself at xmas and WOW its far better than I ever imagined! Its so powerful yet can be turned to the minimum setting and its gentle as your own finger tips - I have made everything from shortcrust pasty ( amazing!) to heavy duty bread dough - the folding hook ROCKS. The anti spill chute attachment is very handy meaning I can pour in the ingredients without spilling them and when i purchased mine I also got a free mincer so shop around for special offers. The first thing I made was a banana & walnut loaf - the mix was perfect in just seconds with this machine where I used to take ages mixing everything by hand.
