I read the reviews on this site with interest as I was planning on changing my kitchen. I had some good recommendations from friends about Kitchens Direct so was shocked to read that other users had such negative things to say about them.
We decided to Magnet, Moben, Homebase and Kitchens Direct in to see how they compare on price, quality, product knowledge and how great the service was.
The salesman that came from Kitchens Direct impressed us the most, he had good product knowledge and he was able to redesign my kitchen to how I wanted it to look. Some of the other companies were just after a quick sale and they were putting pressure on us to sign on the night. We thought that as we were spending over £10k on a kitchen we would like to have some time to think things through.
The Kitchens Direct guy gave us time to consider the various options and gave us a great price.
My kitchen has been delivered and fitted now and I just want to say that I have been impressed with the quality and service provided by Kitchens Direct
