I purchased a small kitchen appliance (Tefal Quick Cup Deluxe) which had been hard to find in stainless steel. The price was absolutely brilliant - I had found the best price to be £78 and that was for the plastic version, the one I wanted was about £100. It was about £68 on the website but I found a 5% discount on the 'offers' page of the website. Postage was free which was fantastic! I only have a couple of gripes - the item was marked as 'dispached' ...
...order but still didn't arrive for 5 days. I wasn't provided with a tracking number even though it would have had one (delivered by courier). The main little moan I'm going to have was the way the item was packaged - well it wasn't! It arrived in its original (flimsy) box with nothing to protect it and no tape or anything to keep the lid shut. Do not believe any price they quote to you . I was about to purchase 4 Neff items plus a sink and tap . Ientered this into their "multibuy savings ".I was emailed a price which 36 hours later they refused to honour. " There had been a mistake" Consequently I missed being able to buy the items in MFIs closing down sale. There was no apology or offer of a picebetween what they had told me by email and their present price. The teamleader refused to discuss it and put the phone down on me AVOID!!!!!!!!!! ...
