When tired, stressed and run down I suffer from psoriasis on my scalp as well as a little bit of dandruff. My scalp becomes extremely dry, itcy and flaky especially across my hair line which I think is a combination of the two nasty skin conditions. Whatever it actually is, it is most unpleasant to the eye and very uncomfortable when it begins to itch! Advantages: A relaxing place for a few days break

In February I visited Monterey, a beautiful town on the central coast of California about 110 miles south of San Francisco which has become a popular tourist resort. Why Monterey? This town is 2-3 hours by road from San Francisco, less from the airport or from San Jose and Silicon Valley, and I think about 6 or 7 hours drive from Los Angeles. Disneyland Dreams in California

Advantages: Fastpass system really helps with queues
Disadvantages: Small park so gets cramped very quickly
