I think knuddels.com is a great chat site... you meet cool people and it's very easy to become friends with them. It's easy to get to know people and no matter what age you are, you're very welcome there.

http://knuddels.com is a cute online chat. I like the graphics, the functions and the people. There are well programmed games (pool, wordmix and beach volleyball) to play with your friends. It is still in its Beta and therefore it has still some bugs (unfortunately). It also needs a few more users. If all those points will be fulfilled, I can give it a 5 star rating. - There are no ads. - Registration is mega fast and does not require to be confirmed ...
