I was in the market for a digital camera purely because of the gadget factor rather than anything else, but this has exceeded all my expectations - excellent quality photos, comes with a 20Mb memory card (a massive advantage over similar cameras), good battery life...hard to fault really. My only slight gripe would be the size of it - it's a bit large and heavy, but I think that's true of most digital cameras. The zoom is fine for my use, with the added benefit of a digital zoom too, and it was very easy to set up and use - ideal for grabbing all those slices of life you wouldn't normally waste a photo on!
