I bought this camera 2 weeks ago as i was due to go on holiday and my last one had broken. I brought the pink one in asda for £59 and it has been worth every penny. The camera is 8.2 Mega pixels which gives great quality pictures, and should be more than adequate for most people who want to take pics of special occassions.
The camera is fairly small and lightweight, and for the price fairly stylish. However what really impressed me about this camera was it's ease of use - although the camera gives photo quality that is good enough for more experienced photographers it is also simple enough for beginners.
The software included with the camera is easy to install and allows you to file and archieve your photo's easily, as well as giving the option of setting up an online photo album.
The camera itself is also very simple to use, on the top of the camera is a dial which gives options in order to help the user take the best possible picture - there are numerous options such as beach, self portrait, landscape etc and each option gives a brief explanation as to when is most appropriate to use each setting. However user can also use the auto function for quick and easy photos. The camera also has a video function so memorable moments can be captured in all thier glory.
The camera also has a fairly large screen making it easy to see the photo you are about to take and 3x zoom which as far as i'm concerned is by far good enough.
A big plus with this camera is there is hardly any delay between pressing the button and taking the photo - so no burred photo's especially when trying to take pics of children and animals.
Transferring photo's to a computer is quick and easy and the camera can also be linked to a kodak easy shareprinter dock and pictures printed at by the touch of a button on the camera.
Also i use recharable battery but the battery life seem to be longer on this camera than other i have used.
In conclusion this camera represent absolute value for money - it manages topack in many feature but still stay simple enough to be user friendly for even the biggest novice.
