Kodak EASYSHARE CD50

I find this camera very simple to use. It is really easy to operate and I'm confident that anyone can use it with ease, certainly everyone i know can! This camera offers the basics in digital camera technology. There is no unnecessary buttons and it has a very clean and simple menu setup. The manual it comes with is also basic and to the point which i found perfect!
The camera is most certainly affordable. At around £50, the value for money ...

The camera is most certainly affordable. At around £50, the value for money is good!. For the person who just likes to take pictures when they go out, this is perfect- without having to spend a lot of money.

The software package that came with the camera was easy to install, simple, and still offered plenty of editing options. Put in the CD, and it basically leads you through the install in simple steps. When you are ready to upload pictures, plug in the USB, turn the camera on, and your pictures are uploaded quickly and easily.

There are obviously some disadvantages of this camera:
The zoom on this camera I don't like. I find it hardly zoomed in, and when it does, the picture quality is poor- very grainy. I also found that action shots and zoom shots don't turn out the best on this camera.
There was one main thing that bugs me a little with this camera and that was occasionally that once you've taken a photo and you go back into the review mode to see it again when you use the digital zoom the camera sometimes freezes to the point where you have to turn the camera off. However, this doesn’t always happen and is quite infrequent.

Overall, this camera has many more pros than cons. I would say that this camera would work best for the novice digital camera users, or someone who just wants a basic camera for a cheap price. Someone who really enjoys photography or is picky about aspects of photo quality- would probably enjoy a more advanced camera. I'm happy with this camera though!
