Advantages: Easy to Use, Good Value for Money Disadvantages: None
...Have had the KodakEasySharePrinter Dock Series 3 printer for about 2 years and am absolutely deilighted with it. I have the camera which goes with it and by sitting the camera on the dock this allows me to charge the camera and download pictures onto my PC or print straight from the camera. Has a USB cable to connect to a PC and the paper and ink comes in a handy consumables pack which has both ink and the right amount of paper for the ink. THe picture quality is great and there is no problem with the photos losing colour after a while as can happen with some at home photoprinters. Great value for money and allows you to print photos at your lesure. Highly reccommend....

...This printer is so easy to use that even a total novice or my hubby can use it.
In the box along with the actual port comes
A colour cartridge and photo paper kit, just enough to get you started, these kits can be bought separately for £14.99.
A rechargeable Kodak camera battery ( this recharges when the camera is placed on the port)
Paper tray
24 volt power cord
User manual
Printer driver software
You do not need a computer to use this machine all you need to do is sit your camera on the top, press the button, you can select different view, either one photo 4 by 6 inches or 2 or 4 small pictures, the photo take about 60 seconds to print out and looks just like the ones you pick up from a photo store....

Advantages: Excellent photo prints, simple to use. Disadvantages: Not found any yet.
...It's not an attractive looking printer but looks don't make it work. I have just received Canon ip3000 printer and a Kodak cx7430 digital camera as a Christmas present off my wife. I am only used to my old Desk Jet 400 printer (which still works). I hate having to learn about new equipment and seeing four ink cartridges set me into a panic. The Quick Start Guide instructions to the ip3000 are so simple to follow they are idiot proof. Loading the software onto the PC (using Windows 98) was easy - just put the cd in the drive, agreed the installation and the wizard took over. It works well with the Kodakeasyshare software that came with the camera. There is also the facility to print direct from a digital camera without having to load the images onto the PC. The quality of prints using Kodak Ultima Picture Paper and Epsom...

An sxcellent and very compact bit of kit, the only drawback I have encountered is the design of the outer casing which lacks an easy and natural grip possition making the camera less comfortable in the hand than others I have used.
