This is an excellent camera at an amazing price. The lens is superb, and produces outstanding images. I used to have a Canon G7 and the images from the Kodak are so much better. The camera is powered by either the supplied battery, or the optional rechargeable battery, or standard lithium AA batteries which can be purchased at any electrical store.
Moving pictures to your PC is easy with the supplied cables and software. But if you get the Kodak printer things are even easier. You just drop the camera on the printer dock, and your pics will be transferred to your PC and the battery will be recharged (if you have the rechargeable battery of course).
In summary, don't be put off by the Kodak cheap and cheerful name. This is a great camera which can easily compete with cameras costing £100's more.

It has up to 12X zoom which and the auto focus means that you don't end up with fuzzy photos. But it also has a manual focus setting, so if you are confident ...
