...This camera Kodak Z710 is easy to set-up and use immediately. Personally I was looking for a camera which had a lot of features and easy to print (at a press of a button). Depending on the size of the memory card the camera can store a lot of photos. Another reason why I bought this camera is because I am a keep scrapbooker and as it was easy to set-up it was perfect! However the main problem is I now have so many photos to put in my scrapbook!!
As the camera has a good amount of pixals I can zoom in and the quality of the photo is still good. The menu screen on the camera is vast and it gives the user the choice of various lighting or events (such as party, beach, children, indoors, snow) etc - for the user to gain the best results from their picture. ... KodakEasyshare Z740 Digital Camera
I purchased the KodakEasyshare Z740 Digital Camera from Amazon for around £150 new in December 2005. It arrived as specified, with the following in the box:
* The camera (always a good start)
* A non-rechargable camera battery
* A strap for the camera
* A lens cap
* A lens hood
* USB and Video cables
* KodakEasyshare dock adapter
* KodakEasyshare software on CD-Rom
* A quick-start guide and full length manual
I was impressed by the size of the camera - a lot smaller than I had imagined.
Pros
These are the pros of this camera from my point of view:
* Small (for it's capabilities)
* Reasonably light
* Not much shutter lag
* Electronic Viewfinder - I found this better than a traditonal viewfinder
* Basic point-and-shoot
* Advanced options as well
* Good synchronisation with Easyshare...

Advantages: Versatility Disadvantages: Limited Features
...When i was looking for a digital camera to purchase the first brand that came to mind was Kodak, they are a reliable and well known brand used throughout the world that is what inspiresd me to purcahse this type of camera.
The sales adviser recomended this particular model to me beacuse of its easyshare facilities, the docking station has a lot of benefits as you can print high quality pictures in a realtively smalle amount of time.
The picture quality is good considering the camera is quite compact and small, the benefits of this compactness is the fact that it can be put into a bag etc. and taken with you after all you never know when you might need to take a photo....

An sxcellent and very compact bit of kit, the only drawback I have encountered is the design of the outer casing which lacks an easy and natural grip possition making the camera less comfortable in the hand than others I have used.
