I am a huge HarryPotter I watched the first film and from there I liked it so much I read the books. As much as I love the film I think you miss out on so much if you do not read the books as there is so much more detail in them that I think the film is lacking.
J K Rowling is a great author and deserves all the glowing reports that she gets she has really captures this well. HarryPotter and the Prisoner is the adaptation of the third book HarryPotter.

But I do realize that the film would last a long time if they put all the details I, but as a film it was great, if you are not comparing it to the book.
