Would you like to take me underwater?!

Advantages: Very tough, waterproof, attractive
Disadvantages: No flash, somewhat grainy pictures

...that was, of course, the Kodak Fun Sport. We found the price fairly reasonable for £9.90, not including processing. A "normal" non waterproof Kodak camera costs from £6 so you pay an extra £4 for the underwater and action shot extras.

The great thing about this camera was that not only were you able to go underwater but you were able to take action, fast movement shots.
Therefore it is a very tough camera, with a ...
...and bruised.

You do not have a flash on it so no pictures in dim light. This was not as much as a problem as I first thought as the pictures that I took underwater, where there is low light came out really well.

I found the camera very easy to use. As it has no flash you are not required to do anything but wind the film on and press the button on the top of the camera. I found it very easy to take a few pictures in a ... more

Kodak Water & Sport one time use camera

Advantages: Great for snorkelling
Disadvantages: none really the odd pic a bit dissapointing

We have just come back from St Lucia. Before we went, we went hunting for a underwater camera, as we were going to be doing a lot of scuba diving. We looked at a lot of underwater camera's, even more expensive ones that we could use again. Unfortuantely before we got round to buying one a lot happened and we forgot. Anyway, to cut a long story short, we remembered as we were at gatwick airport. We got one, cannot remeber for the life of me what the ...
...is really easy to spot as it is bright blue camera in a brught yellow box!!! We decided on this one as we were not sure what the pics would be like on a underwater camera and as it was the first time we were going to be taking photo's underwater. We did not want to commit to a more expensive camera until we had had a go at taking these pictures. This camera allows you to take it up to 50 feet, includes a sunscreen resistant lens. This improves ...

...quid cheaper. Then use a kodak film for the quality. I used the camera whilst canoeing in the scottish highlands, the camera was very useful as it worked well in all conditions. The camera is very very simple so it doesn't need lots of switches flicking for that once in a liftime picture, basically it is just point and shoot. I would recommend this camera if you are not planning on needing another one in a while or it starts to get very expensive ...

Kodak Ultra Sport Camera - Waterproof

Disadvantages: Disposable Camera with out a FLASH, For outdoor and daylight use only

The Kodak Ultra Sport Camera is ideal for outdoor activities such as swimming. This camera is great to use in a Swimming Pool. SPLASH and DASH all you want in the pool. Take pictures of parties in the pool and other events within your swimming pool. The new look camera is sealed in a robust rubber casing that is waterproof and sand proof! Swim while you use the Camera. The camera is waterproof to depths of 10 metres, whihc has got a high quality lens for sharper, clearer pictures From my experince and asking others I have found that this camera is more durable than any waterproof single use camera. All in all Perfect Camera TO USE IN A POOL & GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY, GREAT DISPOSABLE CAMERA TO USE OUTDOOR The film speed of the camera is probably 400ASA with 27 shots loaded. Review of Kodak Ultra Sport Camera

Say Cheese

Advantages: so easy to use
Disadvantages: you need to get relatively close to the subject

at first glance . Mine had a date of April 2003 so I was OK. Kodak do have an "Ultra Super Flash " in their disposable camera range for those who want a flash . This retails a little bit more at £4.99 - £5.99 Kodak also have an "Aquasport " and " Ultra Sport" as well in the range - none of which I have tried to date . The black coloured camera itself is very compact and easily fits in the palm of an average sized hand. The film is built in to the camera and must not be tampered with by the user . There are 27 exposures to be taken on the pre loaded film . To use the camera is simplicity itself . There is no focus to worry about - it is a case of point and shoot . I do not consider myself a photography expert by any means but this was so simple - I grasped the idea of what to press and how to do it straight away ! There ...

Review of Kodak Single Use Camera

Late Developer

Advantages: Easy to use, cheap
Disadvantages: Not excellent picture quality

Over the last few years Kodak has developed (no pun intended) its single use camera range improving every element from design to picture quality. The Kodak single use range now includes five models: High Definition Daylight: Ideal for outdoor pictures, with extra sharpness. Ultra Sport: Designed for outdoor activities, including water sports as it has a ten metre waterproof guarantee. Ultra Compact Flash: High performance Ultra 2 Formats: Produces either standard or panoramic pictures. But the one I use most often, and the one I will be reviewing, is the High Definition Flash. ~~The Camera~~~~~ The single use camera range is just that, a camera that you use just once. It contains a built in film and so there is no fiddling around with films. Each film takes 27 pictures and is a Kodak 800 ISO. The camera has come a long ...
