The culture floats in a bowl of tea which is treated with vinegar and sugar. Each week the tea can be drained off and consumed. The fungus should of divided (to produce a single baby which can be given to a friend) and remaining adult. The process then starts again. The tea is said to possess many remarkable qualities, it is said to give strength, health and vitality to those who consume it. It was given to soilders in china to ... more
