I brought my Revio this time last year, and to be honest I don’t have any real complaints. I brought it off e-bay from a supplier in Cornwall who specialised in refurbished items (for £240). The camera is very easy to use, has a great LCD screen and so small it fits into the palm of your hand easily, which means it’s very portable and unobtrusive.
The camera is very sleek and ultra-compact. It features a 3.34 mega pixel resolution CCD, offering image superiority suitable for everything from high-resolution photo quality printing to e-mailing. (CCD stands for charged-coupled device and probably means nothing to anyone! It's actually the device used for translating the outside world image into digital pixels!) For my general photo taking requirements I get about 96 shots onto 1 memory card (16MB) – that’s plenty good enough for me.
Its high quality, all-glass lens features 2X optical zoom. It can achieve up to 4X zoom power using the optical 2X zoom in conjunction with the digital 2X zoom. The camera comes complete with standard accessories including USB MMC card reader, AC adapter, rechargeable battery, and case.
All in all a nice little camera – not for the professional – but good enough for me. It's picture quality is good indoors, outdoors and in very low light too. And if you have any image manipulation software on your PC then you can enhance your photo's even more.
You havent explained what CCD, MMC, and other abbreviations mean. To do this would make your points clearer. Also, you haven't mentioned much of your personal experience of the product. If you chage this, please let me know:) -Jon
