Early in the trip I realized the value of the metal body when the camera slipped from my hand and bounced on the concrete carpark surface. With just a small ... ...photos and video.
Bright backgrounds are a challenge for the camera. High altitude shots of the horizon and snow covered mountains were a lost cause but otherwise the quality is excellent.
It may seem odd to list the size as an advantage and disadvantage but it's the truth. While great to have such a small camera, it sometimes made operation difficult, especially in the snow.
The battery life is great and SD cards easy to get. more

Early in the trip I realized the value of the metal body when the camera slipped from my hand and bounced on the concrete carpark surface. With just a small dent in one corner, the camera continues to produce excellent photos and video. Bright backgrounds are a challenge for the camera. High altitude shots of the horizon and snow covered mountains were a lost cause but otherwise the quality is excellent.
