I didn't know much about Minolta Camera's but seen this one in the camera store on the high street. And looking at buying a new product I thought I would give this attractive looking camera a try.
The first thing you notice about this tiny handheld camera is its stylish silver design with its slide action lens cover and the fantastic LCD screen to the back. The instruction manual is easy to understand along with the in build easy to use functions on the internal menu on the camera itself.
The sound can sometimes be fuzzy depending on where you are outside, its bad during a windy day but when the weather is good, and calm outside the sound on the camera is great. It works okay inside but if you are going to add sound whether inside or outside, try not placing your mouth too close to the mic and it works a treat.
The picture quality on this little camera is fantastic, you don't need to have the great art of taking great looking photos, as it makes your ones pefect no matter how bad you are. Its auto focus is a blessing, so no more of those blurry pictures ever again.
The zoom function is good with a 3x optical zoom, along with the easy to use image finder. Its extremely simple to delete those unwanted photos at ease.
The choice of picturesque scenes on the camera are a godsend, you have the choice of night, party, sports, portrait, scenery, angel and snapshot. I prefer to use portrait for al my indoor shots.
This little gadget not only takes great photos but its also a video camera and voice recorder [again don't place your mouth too close to the mic] so its a perfect little item to carry in your pocket.
There is also the easy to install PC software that comes with the camera. And the USB adaptor is plug and play. All you need to do is plug the USB into the camera then into the USB port on your PC and it automatically asks you what you want to do. You click on transfer images to your PC its as easy as that, so there is no complicated menus to wade through and no brain teasing programs on the disk.
The memory on the camera takes both SD and MMC as well as a memory stick to add that little extra memory as you will be addicted to taking pictures with this gadget to impress your friends with your great looking professional looking pictures.
This is a fab little camera to be proud to carry around with you at a fantastic rewarding price.
