    First of all I’d like to say that it seems a pity that Minolta only chose to give this silky snapper a 3x zoom (optical and digital). Personally I never use the digital zoom anyway, but 3x optical is a bit lightweight for a camera with so many megawhatsits. 6.4 megapixies! It’s amazing, truly. How do they fit all those little fellas in there? I admit that pixies are usually small anyway and also that they’re usually female, but here’s a question for you: is it 6.4 thousand pixies or 6.4 megapixies? Is a megapixie a larger-than normal pixie? And if so, how have they reduced one to .4 of its ... more

    I am a digital photography novice, and bought this camera as I wanted something that offered high quality images, without paying professional price. The images off this camera is superb, crisp and clear and the colour is great. There is very little shutter delay - which can be a problem on many cheaper cameras. On this model it is not a problem. The camera is small in size, and robust with a strong lens cover. Many cheaper cameras seem cheap and fragile. This does not.
