Well, i have this Konica for almost a year now. I cant say that im using it a lot or im into photography a lot. I Bought it cause it's a cheap [but not crappy] digital camera. It has some nice features like a GREAT 8x Optical zoom + 4x Digital that enables you to Spot nearly Everything. Unfortunately the Anti-shake option which is present in other models does NOT exist in Z20 so its too dificult to take a picture when using zoom or taking pictures in the dark. Picture quality is not perfect [ive seen better quality with less MegaPixels] but if you know something about photography you could easily use this D.C to its High Potential better than i can do. I took some very very nice pictures though.. Batteries are + for this digital, they can reach up to 350-400 frames with rechargable which is quite cheap. The one that disappointed me really was the No-sound Video Rec which i didnt pay attention to it before buying.. so i think thats my mistake although it has a nice Video capture ability. Well to sum up, i think Konica Minolta z20 is an average-good digital camera with good features and high potentials.. I Rate it about 3.5 out of 5 .. i Recommend this Cam for someone not very into Photography but want some flexibility for all around Photography due to the Optical zoom and for a cheap but not crappy Digital Camera. Hope the above is Helpful to you.
I think this review could have done with a little more information for the higher ratings. Take a look around at other people's reviews and you should see what I mean. Happy to re-rate if you add to this, just put a note in my guestbook to let me know when you're done.

Welcome to Ciao. The best advice I got when I joined this site was to spend time reading and rating other people's work to get your name known. Sam
