The 5550 has excellent print quality and its quick. It should be, because it is sold as a high duty-cycle commercial machine suitable for networking etc. But it cannot handle glossy or thick stock in the lower paper trays, plus they have no availability for custom sizes in them either. So, you can have up to 3, 500 sheet paper trays, but you can only load them with plain A4 stock. The duplexer suffers the in the same way. The practical result of ... ...tray that holds only a maximum of 100 sheets. Then, if you want your beautiful photo-quality glossy brochure printed on both sides, you have to return to the printer, turn the paper over and start again.
