Kool 'n' Soothe Migraine Sheets

I remember seeing these being advertised on a television advert when I was a kid. Thinking that were quite cool, as bad as it sounds, I pretended to my Mother that I was unwell with a very sore head and high temperature after sticking my head to the radiator for a short time enough to make my forehead feel hot. I am known to suffer from headaches from time to time when my medication levels are wrong and this leads me to try alternative treatments so I am not taking paracetamol or other tablets all the time. Unfortunately I have suffered from migraines since I was 14. I have tried many different tablets from the doctors and most have had some unpleasant side effects. For many years all I could do was take paracetamol and lie in a dark room with a cold flannel over my forehead. It would take hours for my migraine to go. Price and Availability I often suffer from really bad migraines, and, as the sun is starting to get brighter the more and more they are starting to come on after a brief break over the winter months. Great cooling gel patches I don’t suffer from headaches or migraines very often but when I do I am a total man about them and usually take to my bed with for the rest of the night. I really do hate having a headache and am not to health conscious to avoid taking medication for them and I just wish that paracetamol were quicker to work.
