The korg Triton has for many years been the flagship of the company korg. it is used by many , many professionals , and has been used to produce songs for artist such as Kylie Minogue e and by the band no doubt. the keyboard . the triton features. Also rock legend Rick wakeman pretty much only uses korg keyboard and has a triton
  • 425 multisamples
  • 413 drum samples
  • a built in sampler
  • octave drop button ( this alows you to drop an octive instantly)
  • expansion ports
  • all the inputs and output ports you could possibly ask for!!

if you are concerned that this keyboard might not sound as good as the latest korg keyboard such as the extreme , mirco korg, dont. the korg triton uses the same software to produce the sound as the newest korg keyboard on the market and is a lot lot cheaper. you can expand on the sounds that you have in the korg Trion buy buying expansion boards, these range from £125 to around £250.

if you do decide to get this keyboard and want to take it out gigging please what ever you do get a hard case for it . they cost around £100. it will protect it from damage although I have droped and banged mine and it still keeps working .

i go out gigging with my band and use the korg triton and it is just so amazing and a pleasure to use. the sounds are just breath taking and people always comment on the sounds it can produce. it has made me a better player.

i have tried roland, yamaha, and ciaso keyboards, but noting not even the tyros can touch this board. if you watch the next band on t.v the sliver keyboard that you will almost always see being played by the keyboard player in the corner will be a triton, or in the triton family.

COST £850 ( well well worth it. some company’s will though in expansion cards with extras of 100s of sound for this price)
