Firstly i have to start by saying i love this mouthwash! After using this your mouth feels extremely clean. I find that it even tastes like something you would use at the dentist, it is quite strong so not for those who don't like a strong minty taste, if you are one of those kind of people i would reccomend a cooler mouthwash such as theothers in the listerine range.
I started using listerine totalcare after seeing the advert saying it has 6 benefits in 1 and as i sometimes scratch my gums with my toothbrush i thought i would give it a try to make them stronger. And i have to say that honsetly it has done the trick. No more weak gums and extremely clean teeth and fresh breath.
