I chose this coffee machine because it was one of the few on the market that had a thermos flask rather then a glass pot. It is a very efficient coffee maker and keeps the coffee hot if you remember to remove it from the pedestal as soon as it has finished. The switch is quite sensitive and if the machine is joggled too much then it can switch off before it is finished. On the whole, I would buy this machine again as the coffee that comes out of it is excellent. The coffee is kept in for two minutes before release into the pot and I think this makes a difference to the taste and quality of the coffee.
