Advantages: It doesn't turn off automatically, it takes filter papers, and is very simple to use. Disadvantages: The 'smooth side trigger action' isn't very effective.
In December 2006, my coffee filter machine broke, well, it was the operators? error, but I thought it was broke ? so, I bought a new one: the Krups version.

Krups is a mid-range brand in the coffee machine world. I had decided on this machine before I went out to buy one: due to the advertised features. I found it difficult to locate any Krups machines in Chester; they had top end machines and the rubbish lower end ones, but Krups, Magimix ...

Advantages: Good Looking, well built, respected German manufacturer Disadvantages: The on/off switch can be a little stubborn at times
This is my first Krups appliance. I bought this one in John Lewis last year for £42 when I was looking for a new kettle. I noticed that most kettles these days are chrome or white or stainless steel. Advantages: Filtered Coffee Does Brew Just like Any other Coffe Machine Disadvantages: Espresso/Capicinno Portion Hard to use, Made Cheap, No Grinder

I personally feel they need to have C.A. meetings for us Coffee Addicts. This may seem like useless information in a Coffee Machine review, but it'll give you a little backup info for the coffee snob that I am.
I lived in France for about a year before moving to the U.K. In France they don't do normal "Pot" coffee. They seem to think the only coffee that exists isn't even called coffee, it's called "Espresso". After shopping at all the stores in France that have "rama" on the end of them, I FINALLY found a Machine that had a coffee pot WITH it! I was extatic! Plus it was a "Krups" which we all know that Krups Knows they're Coffee Machines. Do they even make anything OTHER than coffee ...
