This model is in stainless steel and its plates measure 240mm x 296mm meaning that it has a large cooking area - plenty of room to fit two paninis on at once. it is ideal for paninis because the lid has adjustable hinges so ... ...rather than squeezing the filling out of the side as some models do. It also allows you to cook foods of different thicknesses evenly. The handle is fully heat insulated so it (the handle) remains safe to touch with bare hands no matter how long it has been on.
