My husband and I were given this as a wedding present as we are both keen coffee drinkers but I must admit I have been very disappointed with it. It looks great sitting in the corner of our kitchen but that's about all it does these days as we have resorted back to the old faithful kettle. No matter how many times I make the coffee it is never very hot in fact it verges more on cold than hot! It didn't come with any filter papers so I couldn't try it out straight away (much to my dismay as i am very impatient!). It is easily cleaned with the stainless steel exterior (which is handy as all it does in my kitchen is gather dust!). It holds 1 litre of water (great if you want 10 cups of cold coffee). I really wouldn't recommend this to anyone it cost around £60 and I have seen others on the market with a hot plate and frothy maker for less.
