I decided to treat myself to a coffee machine so went to macro and was amazed at the amount of different types available, I decided on this dolce gusto mainly because of its looks and the fact you get a cappucino cup and saucer and a latte glass and a box of mixed coffee to get you started......... This was one of the best decisions I have ever made, Not only are the stylish looks brilliant but the cup and glass are of good qulity and quite fancy too...... This machine is so easy to use all you need to do is fill the jug up with cold water and turn it on it then takes about 30seconds if not less to heat the water up whilst this is happening all you need to do is put your coffee pod in the holder insert this into the macine and pull down....how simple is that.....you then position the dial for hot or cold water and there you have it a great expresso, If you want to make a latte or cappucino or hot chocolate you need to use 2 pods (1 with milk in and 1 with coffee) but this is no hardship and it tells you on each box how much water to let through each pod for the best results.. Another very important point about this machine is Nescafe make the coffee so you are always guranteed a great tasting hot drink of your choice... Cleaning is easy you just need to wash out the pod holder and your ready to go again, you do get a drip tray with it but I have never overflowed so have not had to wash this...the only issue I have so far is that at present you can only get 4 flavours to choose from but hey they taste good so why do you need anymore
