Advantages: Easy to use and clean, compact and stylish. Disadvantages: Drinks could stay a bit hotter.

This machine is soooo easy to use. It works quickly and at first seems a bit noisy but it's in such a short blast you barely notice it after a few uses.
Really easy to clean - a quick wipe and it's done. ...capsules and free cups. We had great fun testing each flavour. If you log on to Nescafe site you also get bonus points which enables you to get money off capsules. The capsules are readily available in supermarkets.
Only down side I've experienced - whilst the drinks are hot they do need to be drunk quickly as they do not keep the heat like a drink from a conventional kettle. The capsules are also not recyclable.
