From opening the box to first espresso took 30 minutes. Once the machine has warmed up (about 2 minutes), you can have an espresso ... ...minute.
If you are becoming tired of drinking disappointing and lukewarm coffee from your filter machine and want to experiment with latte or cappucino as well as espresso then this machine cannot bettered at the price.
