Advantages: Extremely efficient for all surfaces Disadvantages: Possibly a little heavy to carry upstairs
...I have had my Sebo X4 for 9months now & it has had regular use. I have in the past had many different vacs including Dyson & I have to say that this is the best ever. It is easy to use, tools are handy with quick transition to using the extension. Suction is powerful & adapts easily to different surfaces. My home has a variety of surfaces, shaggy style carpet, ceramic tiles & both short tufted & woven carpets and this cleaner copes with all surfaces efficiently. The stairs are managed easily with the easy out tube connection. The bags last ages & it's altogether a pleasure to use.
My daughter also has this cleaner & she has 2 cats & a dog. This vac has been the best she has had for lifting animal hairs from carpets etc....

...I find the Dualit toasters ridiculously over hyped. They have one huge drawback - there is no constant setting for the timer. Each time you use it you turn the timer knob which then clicks round until the time has elapsed.
This means that unless you set it exactly right each time, the toast is either underdone, or, worse, burnt. Cosequently you have to stand over it and watch it.
Another drawback is that the slots are slightly too narrow; if the bread is cut slightly thick it will not fit.
Yet another gripe is the 2 slot/ 4 slot switch: you have to leave it on 2 if you are only doing 2 slices, because otherwise the outside face of the outside slice burns. Call me stupid, but every time I want to do 4 slices, I forget to flick the switch.
The one positive feature is that they look great, and I am also assured they last forever....

...This is the toaster I have at home. Had it maybe 2 or 3 years now, and it's a nice toaster. Variable settings enable different people to get different types of toast from it, and although you can get more expensive toasters with computers that remember peoples settings, this sort of control is just fine, and great value for money.
There was also a BBC1 programme a few months back testing different toasters, and this scored quite well because it does even toasting (which I never really noticed - all I care is that toast comes out, and its tasty). So basically high-quality basic functionality, of toasting bread.
My only problem with it has been quite a major one. About 6 months ago one of the halves of the toaster (there are 4 slots, divided into 2 halves, with one lever for each half) mysteriously stopped working. I think it may have...

Those of you who read my review of the Epson Perfection scanner know I’ve been scanning in favourite photos for displaying in a digital photo frame and this is the photo frame in question.

Before I begin, I warn you that I have a lot to say. I will try to be succinct (as always), but there's a very good chance I'll fail. For your information, I am writing this review on my shiny new Mac! I should also warn you that I have exams starting more
Yes I know that the title sounds like a contradiction in terms, but please read on and hopefully all will become clear.....
