Advantages: Smoothest red i've tasted, priced well, really drinkable.
Disadvantages: None to speak of really, the bottle empties too quick??

...a pleasant mouthfeel, as this Kumala is silky smooth in the mouth, and makes for a luxurious drink. Strength-wise it kicks in at 13.0%, so it is recommended to not drink a whole bottle in one sitting, unless you’re sharing. Oh dear I have got my sensible head on tonight! My husband and I drink this wine regularly and will buy as many as the wine rack will take if it is on special offer. At dinner parties friends will often ask for the name of the wine they are being served. I am not one for cheep wine but at the same time I don't really want to pay £20 for a wine I am serving at a dinner party where several bottles will be consumed during the course of the evening. ...most red wines this is best with red meat dishes. I actually even enjoy it on it's own. I don't need a meal served with it. If you like red wine you really must try this one. It is very reasonably priced. I have tried some expensive wines and this one is very good considering you can normally get it for about five pounds. Kumala are a very reliable brand and I have to say I am always willing to try any of their wines. This one has to be my favourite though as it is consistantly good, I've yet to have a corked (bad) bottle, and it is easily available. It is smooth enough to enjoy as an aperitif but goes very well with most meats,though can be a little heavy with chicken dishes. Mind you that doesn't stop me trying and with a really rich chicken stew it can be lovely! ...
...lots of people hate the idea of red and poultry. Why not just give it a go, you'll soon discover it can be enjoyed with most foods. I always used to suffer from a red wine headache, as opposed to a hangover, but I can honestly say that has never been the case with this wine.
