I bought some of this mayonnaise for the first time the other week because I was trying to be economical and this was reduced to 20p, I can't recall the original price of the top of my head something around 40-50p in my local shop for a large re-sealable jar. ...I went shopping for some cereal a few weeks ago at my local Kwik Save, we usually have a few different varieties in the cupboard and one of these is usually a box of Kellogg’s cornflakes. When I saw that there was none of these on the shelf in the shop, instead of asking a member of staff to see if there were any boxes in the storage room, I picked up a bag of Kwik Save’s own brand. We usually avoid cheap cereal, as some can be a waste of money, and get thrown straight into the bin, but because there were no others to chose from, and I was in a rush, I bought them! Advantages: Cheap, lots of chocloate, good dunkers.
Disadvantages: too nice

...I am a real lover of chocolate biscuits and will not usually buy any brand other than McVities, as I am a self confessed chocolate biscuit snob!! So when my husband came home with a packet of Kwik Save Simple Milk Chocolate Digestives I didn't really give them a second look, until my daughter became addicted to them. Then I wanted to know what the attraction was so I tried one, only to find they are, in my opinion, the best milk chocolate digestives I have ever tasted. They cost just 57p for a 500g packet, which I feel is very good value for money. The packaging is, as the name suggests, simple and plain, being just white with a picture of two chocolate biscuits, the name of the shop and the words "Simply Milk Chocolate Digestive Biscuits" on the front as well as the statement that these biscuits are suitable for vegetarians, Ideal... Advantages: Nice bar, small and cheap
Disadvantages: A better balance of the main ingredients would have improved it

...When it comes to chocolate bars and biscuits we are spoilt for choice, even the best known brands are diversifying with different variations of Kit Kats a regular purchase on the benniash shopping list. When I went to Kwik Save the other day I really wanted a light snack rather than a large bar so decided to try the shops own branded Nutty Bars. What attracted me to the bars was the fact that they are not too large, more like the size of a chocolate biscuit such as a Penguin, so just over half the size of a normal chocolate bar such as a Mars. They also came in a pack of four, so a good few days worth…or about an hour if they were particularly nice!!! If you go into a Kwik Save don’t expect the bar to jump out at you. You’ll find it with the rest of the chocolate bars but its mainly brown packaging, only with a animated version... Read review
