A few years back, i decided that Kwik-fit insurance services was the place i wanted to work. One of the company slogans being "A fantastic place to work!", for the first few months i believed i had made the right choice. As a customer care consultant, i felt it was unfair that we had to "charge" customers for advising us of simple changes to policies such as change of address or vehicle. Even something as simple as getting a duplicate set of documents cost money! Cancellation of a policy also cost with a "Commission charge" which is detailed in the policy booklets but is it totally necessary? If you DO manage to get a great deal on insurance from KFIS, which i believe you may well do, just remember to think about the hiddden costs as they will mount up if you make frequent changes to your policy. Also ask about the interest rate for paying by direct debit!
